Return and Exchange Policy

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that the item is unused and in its original condition. Requests made after the 14-day period cannot be processed due to our company policy.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The product must be unused and undamaged,
• It must be returned with its original packaging, tags, and any included accessories,
• All accompanying materials such as the invoice, care card, and any other items (e.g.,
  box, dust bag, tissue paper, etc.) must be sent in full.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return or exchange.
